Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Health Fitness API, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Health Fitness API provides health and fitness REST endpoints, including workout planning, nutrition insights, activity analytics, recovery tracking and related wellness data.

Account and API Access

Direct properties: api.hefitapi.com, dashboard.hefitapi.com and docs.hefitapi.com.
Authentication uses API keys sent via X-API-Key.
You are responsible for protecting credentials and activity performed with your API keys.
Keys may be suspended or rotated for abuse, security risk or policy violations.

Pricing and Billing

Direct infrastructure conversion: 1 USD = 3,913.89 credits, with one API call = one credit = $0.0002555.
Usage is deducted per request under applicable limits and policies.
Marketplace channels including RapidAPI may apply separate plans, billing and limits.

Acceptable Use

Do not bypass rate limits, abuse infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not resell the API as a standalone competing service without written authorization.
Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or privacy-violating activity.

Availability and Changes

The service may evolve through endpoint, limit or feature changes. The platform aims to provide reasonable notice for material breaking changes.

Intellectual Property

The API, branding, documentation and related assets remain the property of Dakidarts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Health and fitness insights are informational and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dakidarts is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements or discontinued offerings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, unless otherwise required by non-waivable local consumer law.
