Trust Center FAQs

How often is the status feed refreshed?

The public trust feed is designed for short refresh windows and returns a cache hint (`cache_ttl_seconds`) in the payload.

Is this trust endpoint billable?

No. `GET /api/v1/public/trust/status` is a public dashboard-host endpoint for website trust visibility and is not part of billable production API calls.

Where should production API traffic go?

Use `https://api.hefitapi.com` for billable production workloads. Trust and website telemetry endpoints are served from `https://dashboard.hefitapi.com`.

How are incidents classified?

Incidents are tagged by impact level (for example `minor`) and tracked with start/resolution windows for transparent post-event reporting.

Can enterprise teams request incident reports?

Yes. For deeper incident detail and procurement workflows, contact support or sales and request enterprise reporting artifacts.

How do we request a DPA?

Use the DPA request action in the compliance strip and include your legal entity name and target signature timeline.

How do we submit a security questionnaire?

Send your questionnaire to `security@hefitapi.com` and copy procurement stakeholders if contract review is in progress.

Do you support SLA-backed private deployments?

Yes. Private deployment options and SLA terms are available for enterprise contracts through procurement review.
